Information you share
When you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your phone number, order request and delivery details. We use it to respond to inquiries and manage orders.
Your cart and checkout
This site stores your cart in your browser so it can remain available when you return. Cart contents are also sent to Shopify to manage the cart. Checkout, when available, is handled by Shopify under its own privacy policy; this site does not collect payment card details.
WhatsApp orders
The WhatsApp order button opens a prefilled message with product names, quantities and product totals. You decide whether to send it. WhatsApp and Meta process messages under their own privacy terms.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, Shopify and WhatsApp may process technical or order information to provide their services. Order communications are retained only as needed for service, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You can clear browser storage to remove your locally saved cart. To request access, correction or deletion of information you shared with us, contact +972 52 777 3113 on WhatsApp. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
